Verification questions.
Is my ID or personal data stored?
No. We only need to see your proof once. After we confirm your status we delete the photo — and you can cover your Social Security number and anything else sensitive before you send it.
What counts as proof?
Active duty: a recent LES or your orders — please don't send a photo of your CAC, since military ID cards shouldn't be copied. Veterans: a DD-214, VA health ID, or a veteran-designated driver's license. Families: your sponsor's proof. First responders: your department ID or a letter from your department. Cover your SSN and anything else you'd rather not share.
How long does verification take?
Not long — we confirm it as part of planning your trip. Once you're confirmed, verified pricing applies to every quote we send you.
Can my spouse or kids come at the verified rate?
Yes. Traveling with a qualifying active-duty or veteran sponsor extends verified pricing to your household.
I was discharged years ago. Do I still qualify?
Yes. Veterans of any era qualify under standard verification — whether you're two years out or thirty.
What counts as a first responder?
Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and EMS personnel — current or retired — with standard credential verification.
